Part9 Design was created in 2010 by local designer Chris Leverence after serving Manitoba’s Home Construction industry from within for more than 20 years.  Having design experience ranging from urban-infill and suburban developments to custom estate homes has helped to develop a broad range of style extending from traditional to edgy-contemporary.  His inside knowledge of both design and construction combined with extensive use of 3-D CAD allows for a clean exchange of ideas between clients and builders – increasingly important in today’s complex construction realities.  Based in Winnipeg, Chris continues residential design for corporate clients, home builders, and private clients across Canada, including Longboat Development Corp.
